Exceed speed limit by more than 45 km per hour up to a Court fine of $3,300 and an automatic disqualification period of a minimum 6 months
Exceed speed limit by more than 30 km per hour up to a Court fine of $2,200 and an automatic disqualification period of a minimum 3 months

• You were speeding involuntarily/unwilling due to duress, another situation or person threatening serious harm to yourself or another. This is known at law as the defence of duress.
